How will you make an impact in this role?

We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to support the product management and growth of the Centurion portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Build a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, competitor activities and customer needs and act as the project champion and identify trends and opportunities
• E2E creation and implementation of marketing campaigns including events & experiences that support the overall customer engagement strategy for Centurion
• Assist hiring manager on analytics, to track and evaluate campaign performance
• Assist hiring manager in product management, handling daily maintenance of portfolio operations, including card & collaterals inventory, budget & payment, business process control testing
• Maintain close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including Card Acquisition, Brand & Loyalty, Legal & Compliance, Servicing & various operation support teams and agency and business partners

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing/ Business or equivalent
• 4+ years' experience marketing, product, working experience in financial services, luxury or hospitality industry will be an advantage
• Outward looking with keen interest on competitive landscape and the evolving lifestyle trends for the high-net-worth segment
• Independent self-starter with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of personal accountability
• Able to work independently, highly organized and detail oriented, ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Customer oriented with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, the ability to work with external partners and cross functional teams
• A collaborative team player, able to deal with change and ambiguity positively
• Comfortable with using Excel as an analytical tool, Powerpoint for presentation
• Language proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese) including Chinese character typing are a must for this role; spoken Mandarin is a plus
