Senior Officer - Business Development

Kerry eCommerce Limited is established in 2019 as a subsidiary of Kerry Logistics. The vision of Kerry E-Commerce is to provide one-stop end-to-end logistics solutions for e-commerce customers. We leverage the advantages of Kerry Logistics capabilities in integrated logistics, international freight forwarding and express services to provide customers with fulfilment warehousing, airfreight, customs clearance and last-mile delivery service.
Recently, Kerry E-Commerce set up a joint venture with Spain Post to offer postal delivery services.
In addition, we offer Chinese import cross-border e-commerce solutions for sellers interested in the Chinese e-commerce market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities and develop services plan to new and existing clients to achieve sales target
• Establish long-term relationships with clients with the view to enhance business potential
• Having the autonomy to achieve goals and strategies, setting-up priorities and managing budget
• Guide and lead team to achieve budgets and objectives
• Closely work with other departments to promote eCommerce solutions across the Network
• Identify trends and opportunities, providing insights on prevailing standards and recent developments in eCommerce; analyze brand, merchant & e-commerce market data

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing/ Business Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in ecommerce industry
• Demonstrate strong negotiation and communication skills, result-oriented, and good project management
• Possess business acumen and marketing senses, experience in new business development and key account management is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
