Senior Officer, Customer Services (Counter)

Responsibilities:

• To handle enquiry form customer / agents (including walk-in & hotline, WhatsApp, outbound reply to agents)
• To act as Case In Charge for Customer Care Concierge Service for CI/ Death Claims Clients
• To assist Centre Manger in daily Centre operation
• To follow up case for client/ agents in need until the case settled
• To help Manager to prepare report/ simple letter reply

Requirements:

• 2-5 years customer service experience
• Pass IIQE paper I, III and V
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and a solution focused approach
