Senior Officer, Digital Exp & Analytics

The ideal candidate will build, maintain and continuously optimize webpages with help of a market-leading Content Management System (CMS), with a focus on creating optimal customer journeys that drive acquisitions and provide timely service.
Other key functions of the role include managing stakeholders across functions and growing organic traffic through Search Engine Optimization. This is a great opportunity for aspiring digital talents who wish to develop a fulfilling career in web experience and customer journey.

Job Responsibilities:

Web experience

• Build customer-centric webpages with CMS in accordance to industry best practice and brand guideline. Continue to improving the user experiene with reference to findings in web analytics, heatmap tool and customer feedback from NPS surveys.
• Evaluate, advise and improve upon web content requests raised by various functions, championing stakeholder management with a strong collaborative spirit.
• Perform personalization and A/B testing on webpages to maximize results with help of automation.
• Collaborate with in-house IT and manage external vendors to deliver customized web experience on a project basis.

Search Engine Optimization

• Implement on-page SEO strategies: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs for improved search engine visibility.
• Conduct competitor analysis: Monitor competitors' websites to enhance on-page optimization and surpass them in search results.
• Collaborate with content creators: Guide writers on keyword targeting, content structure, and internal linking for better on-page optimization.
• Perform technical SEO audits: Identify and fix on-page issues like crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content, optimizing page speed for improved search engine crawling.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Management, Information System Management, or other related majors.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Mastering, Content Management, UI/UX Design and/or Digital Marketing with focus in SEO e.g. Ahrefs, Semrush or Moz is essential. Experience in bilingual SEO copywriting is a huge advantage.
• Sound understanding of customer journey and UI/UX design best practice, coupled with the desire to continuously deliver better experience for our customers.
• Experience in managing website for an organization, operating an enterprise-level CMS. Knowledge in HTML and CSS and JavaScript is essential.
• Strong analytical skills, able to break down and resolve complex business problems.
• Well-versed in SEO, possession of a strong growth mentality to drive organic traffic.
• Experience in optimizing user experiences with personalization, A/B testing and heatmap tool.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Insurance or financial institution background is preferred.
