Responsibilities 

• Handle full spectrum of leasing matters including tenancy administration works, enquiries, conduct inspections, leasing reports preparation and other related matters


• Conduct market research and analyze data


• Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants and property agents


• Assist in budget planning and rental forecast from time to time


• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline


• 3-5 years' leasing experience preferably gained from property developers


• Strong business sense with good analytical mind


• Proactive and with open-minded attitude


• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
