Business Function

Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support and oversight for the custody services within the Corporate Banking division
Ensure accurate and timely processing of client transactions, including securities settlements, corporate actions, and cash movements
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve client queries and address operational issues
Implement and maintain effective control measures to mitigate operational risks
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Assist in the development and implementation of new products and services related to custody services
Provide support for regulatory and compliance requirements related to custody operations

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a custody or securities services role within the financial industry
Strong understanding of custody operations, including securities settlement, corporate actions, and cash management
Proficient in using relevant custody and securities processing systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to custody services
