Our client, a top-tier trading firm, is looking to hire a Trading Operations Associate for the expanding Operations team in Hong Kong. What You'll Do

Manage and enhance processes for trade settlements, position records, and reconciliations
Work closely with counterparties, service providers, and internal teams worldwide to resolve issues and improve workflows
Propose creative solutions to streamline and automate operations in a high-stakes, dynamic setting

About You

3+ years of experience in trading operations, middle office, or a related field
Strong Excel Macros / VBA skills with an interest in optimizing data processes (Experience with Python would be a plus)
Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail
Self-motivated and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment
Team player with a humble, positive attitude and a commitment to growth
Comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes, and embracing continuous improvement
Fluency in English
Excited to solve tough problems and contribute to a high-performance culture
