The Job:
Handle policy administration for new, renewal policies including policy issuance, endorsements and premium follow up for medical business within service standards & assigned authority
supervise the clerical staff to handle daily tasks
Handle incoming enquires
Assist in providing renewal business terms and retention of group insurance business
To provide supports to both superiors on day-to-day operation and accept any additional responsibility or activities relevant to the department from time to time assigned by the superiors
The Person:
Diploma or Degree holder with 2-5 years relevant experience
Knowledge in EB Operation
Knowledge in underwriting is an advantage
Qualification of FLMI is an advantage
IIQE Paper 1,2 licensed is an advantage
Good interpersonal skill
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good PC skills including Excel, Word , Powerpoint and Chinese Input
