Senior Premier & Wealth Distribution Manager - International Wealth and Premier Banking

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Premier and Wealth Distribution Manager.

In this role you will:

• Work closely with the Group Head of Premier Wealth Distribution in increasing commercial performance in markets.
• Commercialize on our wealth investments across markets and d evelop and execute on the commercialization plans to deliver FRP targets
• Execute against capacity planning
• Market engagement and best practice sharing
• Track all initiatives, OKRs and milestones that align to commercialization expectations
• Provide ownership and subject matter expertise in the distribution performance measurement, focus and goals approach
• Establish collaboration between global, regional and country teams and build strong relationships to ensure that agreed definitions, processes and SLAs are delivered
• Obtains buy-in from and influences senior management and market stakeholders for specific key initiatives, commitments and changes
• Support delivery across WPB, institutionalizing standard best practices to remove unnecessary complexity and increase stability.
• Support the establishment of market engagement framework and standards

To be successful you will need:

• Proven experience in distribution, finance, data & analytics or consulting with t rack record in building processes and performance review frameworks i n a comparable financial services organization
• Experience of working across country/ regional and global teams
• Highly numerate and financially literate with a bility to see big picture and detail simultaneously
• Able to design and implement distribution strategy and initiatives
• Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership skills coupled with a high and demanding benchmark
• Able to influence, engage and lead in a positive, inspiring manner
