If you believe in better, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role • Translate agency needs, data insights and market trends into clear proposals, decision papers and updates for senior management, enabling timely and well-informed decisions.
• Lead multi-stakeholder engagement across Agency, IT, Product, Operations, Risk/Compliance and external partners to build alignment, manage trade-offs and ensure effective delivery of the digital & AI roadmap.
• Drive a structured innovation pipeline by continuously scanning emerging technologies and accelerating trends, running ideation workshops, and converting ideas into prioritised initiatives with clear value cases and success measures.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies; troubleshoot and resolve issues across business and technology domains, escalating with clarity and transparency, and coordinating mitigation plans to keep delivery on track.
• Support implementation of the agency digitalisation & AI roadmap, including platform enhancements, process redesign and change adoption initiatives for agency users.
• Build and evolve the agent analytics foundation and capabilities (e.g., Agent Single View and behavioural analytics) to generate forward-looking insights and recommendations that improve productivity, retention and engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Co-lead the formulation and execution of Agency Digital, AI & Engagement strategy, ensuring initiatives are value-driven, scalable and aligned with agency priorities and enterprise direction.
- Provide clear, concise and influential communication to management (e.g., EXCO, department heads) through regular updates, issue/risk reporting, and recommendations supported by data and customer/agent insights.
- Lead end-to-end delivery governance for key transformation initiatives (scope, timeline, dependencies, benefits, change adoption), driving alignment across Agency, IT and other lines of business.
- Ensure stability and continuous improvement of core agency digital platforms by establishing effective control, monitoring and incident/problem management with IT and vendors; troubleshoot issues and drive root-cause resolution.
- Drive user-centric enhancement by leading requirements discovery, prioritisation and UAT across stakeholders; translate needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to improve agent experience and adoption.
- Engage senior agency leaders (e.g., District Directors) via regular field visits and structured feedback loops; leverage data to identify adoption gaps and implement targeted interventions.
- Develop forward-looking plans to increase active users and deepen usage of agency digital platforms, including segmentation strategy, journey-based engagement and performance tracking.
- Manage complex stakeholder and vendor ecosystems (ABDD, internal partners across lines of business, external solution providers), resolving conflicts and driving timely decisions to unblock delivery.
- Monitor programme health and escalate key issues with clear options and mitigation plans; lead structured problem-solving sessions to address delivery, adoption, and operational risks.
- Oversee change adoption programmes (training, communications, campaigns and incentives) to drive sustained usage of new initiatives and measurable productivity uplift.
- Identify, evaluate and scale digital/technology capabilities for AIA HK Agency by building business cases, managing vendor partnerships and ensuring alignment with architecture, security and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the development and governance of the agent analytics data foundation (e.g., Agent Single View), ensuring data quality, usability and fit-for-purpose metrics for agency decision-making.
- Develop forward-looking insights on agent behaviour and segment movements using data and experimentation; translate findings into prioritised recommendations and actions for agency leadership.
- Enable senior management and business stakeholders to apply analytics through clear storytelling, dashboards and decision frameworks; tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive implementation and adoption of analytics/digital solutions across agency business units and Districts, proactively removing barriers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring benefits realisation.
- Continuously improve the agent data ecosystem by identifying enrichment opportunities, defining data requirements and partnering with relevant teams to deliver enhancements.
Minimum Job Requirements: - University / College Graduate with minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge in execution & project implementation an advantage
- Outgoing with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and influencing skills.
- Extensive IT and Digtial apps development knowledge
- Demonstrated depth of UX experience and creativity.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Strong project management skills, self-motivated and willing to meet challenges
- Articulate, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Adaptable, able to interact and build strong relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds;
- Proven successful experience in managing digtal transformation team for driving digital innovation projects and a strong understanding of different digital systems and tools plus technical and business know-how;
