(Senior) Procurement Officer

The Challenge We Pose to You:

• Responsible for purchase order placement
• Work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers and facilitate procurement activities, conducting necessary contract negotiations and supplier sourcing
• Prepare various reports related to procurement activities
• Assist in facilitating the goods or service delivery/logistics when necessary
• Review and enhance the procurement procedure & systems based on the Company business needs
• Organize regular fixed asset disposal activities
• Support ad-hoc project or assignment as required
  

What You Bring to Us:

• Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 3 year solid experience in procurement, preferably in telecommunication related industries
• Experience in centralized procurement and managing tendering process is preferred.
• Knowledge of overseas logistics is an advantage.
• Must be able to work independently, self-motivated and well-organised
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Experience and knowledge of Oracle ERP system would be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Procurement Officer
