Senior Product Manager (Digital Banking I Perm)

The Role

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle including ideation, business case development, design, delivery, and post-launch optimization
• Define and execute digital product strategy and roadmap for retail banking products (e.g. mobile banking, payments, lending, deposits)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, design, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Drive product innovation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within digital banking
• Manage stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and regional teams, ensuring alignment on product vision and delivery timelines
• Oversee vendor and external partner management, including selection, negotiation, and delivery governance
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and work closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment
• Establish KPIs and monitor product performance, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 8-10 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on digital retail banking
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end digital products within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of retail banking products (e.g. digital onboarding, payments, cards, lending, wealth)
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business and technology leaders
• Solid experience in vendor management and working with third-party solution providers
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and digital product delivery frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus
