About The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to contribute to the development and management of our Earn & Loan financial products.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial products, along with foundational skills in product strategy, risk assessment, and client needs analysis.
This role involves supporting product enhancements, client pitching, and turning industry insights into actionable product ideas.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist in overseeing the lifecycle of loan products, including development, improvements, and market positioning.

Support risk assessment processes related to client portfolios and trading strategies; help monitor risk indicators and red flags.

Collaborate with sales teams to understand institutional client requirements and contribute to solution development.

Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and market monitoring to inform product improvements and identify new opportunities.

Aid in pitching institutional clients, ensuring products meet client needs and internal risk and compliance standards.

Track key product metrics, assist in data analysis, and contribute insights for product enhancements and operational improvements.

Stay informed on industry trends, technological innovations, and market hotspots to recommend improvements and new features.

What We Look For In You

3-5 years of experience in sales and trading, risk analysis or financial product management.

Strong analytical and market research skills.

Good collaboration skills across sales, risk management, engineering, and compliance teams.

Customer-oriented mindset with an interest in creating practical, compliant financial solutions.
