Senior Product Marketing Manager - Bioderma

Responsibilities

• Take initiation on formulating marketing campaigns both from an on-line (Gratus) and off-line (Centre, Retail Shop, and OTC) perspectives based on the business objectives. A particular focus will be on Gratus.
• Provide Public Relations to optimize influencer programs and align against strategic consumer experience objectives.
• Responsible for the designated brand marketing campaign, analyzing business data, planning & execute digital communication including segmentation, wise use of influencers on content direction and paid channel amplification.
• Leads consumer engagement best practices and optimizes social media program across owned social properties.
• Work with team on KOL, bloggers and influencers engagement, content partnership strive to generate higher social WOM and social mentioning.
• Manage the network specialists in-house, guides their day-to-day contents directly engage with consumers, identifies and cultivates brand advocates to maximize opportunities to generate contents.
• Analyze consumer data to identify and tackle unmet needs (Jobs-To-Be-Done), refine user segmentation and develop engaging personalized marketing contents.
• Monitor business, campaign and conversion performance so that adjustments and improvements could be executed in a timely manner.

 

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a particular focus on brand/product marketing, communications, digital marketing, and press relations in retail. Less experienced candidate can be considered as a Product Manager. 
• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, social media, editorial and consumer marketing. 
• Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies to support brand initiatives with focus on editorial storytelling, influencers and consumer engagement .
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive relationships with leadership. 
• Positive, mature, high level of professionalism, agile and highly efficient.
