Job Description - Senior Product Specialist, Private Markets, Global Investment Firm

A leading international investment management platform is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to support its Private Markets business in Singapore or Hong Kong. This role sits at the intersection of investments, distribution, and client engagement, with a strong focus on private credit, infrastructure debt, infrastructure equity, and private equity strategies across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a subject matter expert for private credit, infrastructure debt, infrastructure equity, and private equity strategies, partnering closely with investment teams
Serve as a key interface between investment, distribution, and clients across the region
Deliver high-quality investment presentations and strategy messaging to institutional clients and internal stakeholders
Support fundraising and client coverage efforts, including participation in meetings, roadshows, and industry events
Develop and maintain investment content, including portfolio commentary, pitch materials, and RFP responses
Provide insight on market trends and competitor positioning, articulating performance drivers
Contribute to product development and go-to-market initiatives

Candidate Profile

Degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g. CFA) preferred
10+ years of experience in private markets across product specialist, institutional sales, or investment functions
Strong expertise in Infrastructure and/or Private Credit strategies
Demonstrated success in raising capital and managing institutional relationships in Asia
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts
Proven ability to operate in a global, cross-functional environment
Commercially minded, proactive, and collaborative
Fluency in English required; additional Asian language capabilities are advantageous
Willingness to travel regionally as part of the role
