Senior Project Executive (Wellness and e-Commerce Marketing)

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) is a statutory body established in 1966 to promote, assist and develop Hong Kong's trade. With 51 offices globally, including 13 in the Chinese Mainland, the HKTDC promotes Hong Kong as a two-way global investment and business hub.

The HKTDC organises international exhibitions, conferences and business missions to create business opportunities for companies, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in the mainland and international markets. The HKTDC also provides up-to-date market insights and product information via research reports and digital news channels.

As we celebrate our 60th anniversary in 2026 and begin a new three-year business cycle, our mission remains as strong as ever to help Hong Kong thrive in trade and businesses succeed in the ever-changing landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning and executing local, mainland and overseas trade promotional projects, particular e-commerce initiatives
• Recruit companies in joining online and offline events and handle related enquiries and support services
• Prepare recruitment and promotional materials to support participant outreach and engagement 
• Execute marketing, publicity and social media plans to maximise project exposure and impact 
• Provide project management, clerical and logistics support, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide support on database management, data compilation and data entry into relevant systems
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of events and related activities

• Perform administrative duties including report preparation, records management and meeting coordination

   

   

Requirements: 

• University graduate with experience in project management is preferred
• Interest in data analysis and direct communication with customers is preferred
• Prior experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing in the Chinese Mainland is an advantage
• Proactive, self-initiated, and attentive to details
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word-Processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work OT upon request

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
