Senior Project Manager - Investment Management (Private Equity/Credit)

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to support a high-impact transformation initiative in the Private Assets space, with a strong focus on the Singapore and Hong Kong markets.

This role involves designing and implementing a new operating model and framework for Private Assets management. We need a hands-on project manager with solid experience in investment or asset management who can contribute at both a content and delivery level - providing structure, planning, and practical input.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across Investment, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Private Assets transformation project
• Assess current-state processes, governance, and operating structures
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate workshops and working groups to drive alignment, clarity, and decision-making
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in Investment, Risk, Finance, and Technology
• Provide clear and concise updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees
• Support the successful embedding and transition of changes into business-as-usual operations

• 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in a financial services or investment environment
• Proven track record working within Investment Management or Asset Management (exposure to Private Assets such as Private Equity or Private Credit is highly desirable)
• Demonstrated experience delivering operating model design, transformation programmes, or governance-related initiatives
• Experience with regulatory-driven change or operating model transformations is an advantage
• Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous and fast-evolving environments

• Ability to quickly ramp up and engage confidently with technical and subject-matter experts
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
• Structured, pragmatic, and delivery-focused mindset
• Solid understanding of investment and risk governance concepts
