Senior Property Officer / Property Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in providing quality property management services

Maintain good relationship with tenants and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner

Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth operations

Monitor contractors’ performance to ensure compliance with our requirements

Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Holder of diploma or above, preferably major in Surveying / Property Management / Hospitality

Relevant working experience is required

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Mature, independent and proactive

Proficient in Microsoft applications and Chinese Word Processing

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer
