Duties
Draft consultancy agreements, monitor consultancy services, and provide professional advices to ensure compliance with statutory requirements; Prepare and review project budget estimates and cash flow projections; Advise on tender/procurement strategy, prepare tender cost estimates, assist in tender assessment, and oversee project cost control; Conduct cost appraisals and claim assessment, prepare final accounts and reports; and Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines, with MRICS/MHKIS or equivalent qualification and a valid safety training course certificate (commonly known as “Green Card”); At least 5 years’ relevant experience, including experience in large development projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China; and Being self-motivated and performance-driven, with good analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to use AutoCAD and Revit are required. Substantial experience in higher education institutions and/or in managing government subvention projects is preferred. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service
