Our client is a fast-growing consumer business with manufacturing and commercial operations in Hong Kong, China, and various overseas regions.They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional HR & Admin to join the team at the group level. This role will be responsible for overseeing the overall HR functions across multiple locations.
- Group level role covering HK, China and overseas regions
- Aggressively expanding across the globe
- Report into CEO directly
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
- Create and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and oversee employee retention programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement performance management and career development programs.
- Oversee the administration of payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Responsible for the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee general administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and vendor management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of proven experience as an HR professional in a managerial role, preferably in manufacturing/ trading related business
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Hong Kong, China, and other overseas regions.
- Experience in opening new offices across the global would be advantegous
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
