Senior Reservations Associate / Reservations Associate

(5-days work week)

Job Duties:

• Provide accurate and updated reservations records
• Handle incoming phone calls and guests' inquiries for room reservations
• Input and update guests’ information in the reservations system
• Provide administrative support in preparing reports and filings

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate holder of Tourism / Hospitality Management
• Attentive to details and well-organized
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Fresh graduated would be welcomed
