Required Experience

• • Hands‑on trading experience in cryptocurrency markets with a strong, verifiable track record of performance.
  • Proven success leading or building trading teams in high‑pressure environments.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, market structure, token economics, and derivatives.
  • Solid grounding in quantitative trading concepts and familiarity with Rust and C++ - driven trading infrastructure.
  • Strong risk discipline with experience managing real‑time trading in highly dynamic markets.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex market concepts across teams.

Nice to Have

• • Experience in HFT, systematic trading, or quantitative research environments.
  • Familiarity with exchange connectivity, low‑latency execution, and market‑making systems.
