My client, a well-known Chinese e-wallet company, is hiring an Assistant Development Manager/ Business Development Officer to identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships and develop strong relations with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients , partners, and stakeholders including retailers, restaurant groups and shopping malls
• Develop and implement effective strategies and promotion campaigns to deliver business results and meet performance targets 
• Conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for growth
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and partnership materials to prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure a seamless execution of strategic projects with key clients 
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Sales and Marketing or the Retail Industry. 
• Demonstrated results-driven approach with a proven track record in key account management and establishing strategic partnerships
• Strong understanding of business development strategies, market dynamics, and exceptional business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of long-term relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities

Details:

• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm
• 1 year renewable contract
• 12-day AL, paid sick leave, with medical benefits
