Client Details

Our client is a leading FMCG company with a strong portfolio focused in food/ snacks. This company has been strong established in Hong Kong and with their continual expansion; they are now looking for a Deputy Sales Manager to their current team to expand the business.

Description

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for the development of chinese cusine channel. You will be leading the company's business development. You will be responsible to assist senior management to manage key account channels in achieving the best market coverage and brand awareness. You will be responsible to formulate, execute and evaluate annual sales plan and strategies for different sales channels to meet and exceed company's growth objectives and manage channels P&L. In addition, you will need to maintain strong customer relationships, develop channel access and new partners. You will need to lead, build and retain high performing sales team to drive long term and sustainable business growth. Your role will be responsible for managing the full scope of products within the company and identify business opportunities for market expansion.

Profile

The Successful Candidate must have 8 years or above sales management experience in FMCG / food industry. You should possess strong negotiation, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. You must have key account servicing exposure. You must be a self-starter with a strong sales track record and have previously started a business from scratch. You must be autonomous, entrepreneurial and have an energetic personality. Experience in producing sales reports and having a strategic mindset is required for this position. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is mandatory.
