(Senior) Sales Manager - MICE

Responsibilities

• Participate in key organizations as recommended by management and Director of Sales & Marketing
• Maximizing business opportunities in specific area of responsibility, implementing action plans and accomplishing goals set forth in the Marketing Plan.
• Implementing all sales activities (sales inquiries, proposals, contracts, site inspections and entertain existing or potential clients and decision makers etc)
• Conduct regular sales activities to MICE organizers, corporate meeting planners, and associations to develop the business opportunities.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Hotel / Tourism / Marketing / Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in 5-star hotel in Hong Kong. Experience in MICE sales is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MICE industry, current market trend and economic factors.
• Strong strategic sales leadership skills.
• Quality driven, customer and business results oriented.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
