istyle Retail (Hong Kong), a subsidiary company of istyle inc Japan ( who owns and operates the No.1 cosmetics review platform, -cosme ( and the selective beauty store, -cosme store. To cope with our fast growth and expansion plan in Hong Kong, we are currently seeking talented candidate to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and supporting for all sales and marketing activities, such as in-store events, visual merchandising, promotional campaigns, CRM program and workshops to generate store traffic
• Perform digital marketing tasks, such as content creation, social media platform management, images/artwork editing and short video clips editing
• Liaise with all retail outlets and functional departments on daily retail operation issues and staff supervision
• Frontline staff roster management, ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations 
• Retail store POS system application and setting
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complains 
• Consolidate sales data for business reports
• Preparing operational materials, staff manual, prepare memo / circulars to be dispatched to the frontline staff 
• Work with the front-line retail team and internal departments to enhance customers' experience and achieve business objectives; Regular store-visits are required
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Passionate about beauty industry 
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Sales & Marketing/ Retail Operations / Retail Marketing / Trade Marketing, preferably gained from FMCG / Beauty/ Retail industry
• Good understanding of retail operation management
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English; Japanese-Language Proficiency will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS office applications, Chinese word processing
• Attention in details with excellent analytical and communication skills 
• Strong sense of responsibility, stable, self-motivated, highly result-oriented and problem-solving with positive working attitude
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoys connecting with people
• Prioritize workload, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines for various ad hoc tasks and able to work in fast-paced working environment
• Possess a calm, patient and mature personality
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales & Marketing Executive
• Immediate availability is preferred
