Senior Service Technician (Dental)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality installation services, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance services for dental equipment / devices;


• Keep closely relationship with clients and provide technical support to clients;


• Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales demonstrations to customers;


• Conduct after-sales service for products operation briefings and demonstrations to customers
  Basic computer knowledge, IP address, firewall & anti-virus setting.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering;


• 5 years of relevant working experience in technical support in dental is preferred; 


• Good E&M hands-on installation skill is a definite advantage;


• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;


• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;


• Good team-player, proactive and able to work independently;


• Willing to learn and take up challenges;


• Interested to pursue long-term career in the medical industry;


• Field work is required;


• Holder of Electrical Hong Kong Registered Electrical Worker (REW) A is a definite advantage.
