Job Description - Senior Specialist - Campus Recruitment

About the Client

A fast growing and innovative professional services provider is currently seeking for creative individual to join them as the Senior Specialist - Campus Recruitment.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges
  • Build and maintain relationships with career services offices, faculty, and student organizations at target educational institutions
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop campus recruitment plans to fulfill those needs
  • Analyze campus recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in campus recruitment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management and or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent from universities and colleges
  • Have knowledge of campus recruitment strategies, best practices, and trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving and finding innovative recruitment solutions
