Job Description - Senior / Strategist ( Regional Development )

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive regional market analysis and economic research
Develop strategic frameworks for regional business expansion
Collaborate with stakeholders to create data-driven growth strategies
Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on regional opportunities
Monitor economic indicators and regulatory changes across target markets
Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making processes

Requirements:

University graduate major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Finance
4 years or above solid experience in business planning or consultancy.
Good communication and analytical skill, self-initiative, able to work under pressure
Good banking business sense with strong entrepreneurial mind
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Experience in regional development analyst is preferred
