Job Description - (Senior) System Administrator Manager (IT Project & Service Management)

Job Description:

Provide service management and monitor service quality of outsourcing and insourcing service.
Coordinate related teams to ensure compliance with service level agreement and procedures.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
Provide advice, guidance and due diligence in RFQ, tendering, procurement process.
Ensure IT services provided are ISO20000 compliant.
Manage and monitor progress of IT projects, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage IT procurement process covering IT hardware, software, and service.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field.
5 years working experience in project management / procurement management is preferred.
Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks is preferred.
A strong background in Procurement and a relevant professional qualification is an advantage
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Process minded, proactive, and agile are an advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
Good command in both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin.
