Senior System Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support Environmental Protection, Health Management, Safety and Quality (“EHSQ”) Management department in entire business operations especially in the engineering activities on construction sites. The primary responsibilities include:

• Support the System Assurance (SA) Manager on SA documents and other related activities
• Coordinate SA activities and prepare SA deliverables such as project delivery risk assessment, Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study, Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) analysis, System Safety Statement etc
• Interacts with internal and external groups to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret tests for products, systems, components, or modifications. Identifies functional problems and suggests resolutions
• Coordinate with customer’s team, suppliers and subcontractors, where appropriate, and deliver result and report
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• To carry out other duties as required

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• University graduate in Science / Engineering related disciplines
• At least 5 years of SA experience in relevant field 
• Knowledge of Railway systems like Signalling/ Communication is an advantage
• Experience in application of quality, safety management and RAMS requirements as per EN50126, EN50128, EN50129 is an advantage
• Proactive personality with good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong team player and collaborator
• Ability to work independently with good time management
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant System Assurance Manager
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Working location: Kwun Tong and various project sites
• Occasional night shift work may be required
