A global infrastructure and logistics company operating large-scale port and terminal networks, focused on driving operational excellence through digital innovation and enterprise technology.

Your new role

Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
Lead the design, development, enhancement, and deployment of enterprise applications using modern cloud-native architectures.
Drive application modernisation, system optimisation, and software quality improvements with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, QA engineers, and business users throughout the full software development life cycle.
Support release management, application maintenance, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote the adoption of modern engineering methodologies, AI-assisted development practices, and emerging technologies.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, application deployment, and Kubernetes (K8s) in cloud-native environments, including application deployment, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting on Kubernetes platforms (e.g. OpenShift, MicroK8s) in production environments

What you'll need to succeed

Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI Engineering, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience in application design, software development, and enterprise system implementation.
Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript.
Proven experience leading development teams and coordinating project delivery activities.
Strong exposure to AI-powered development tools, code generation, automated testing, and development acceleration practices.
Solid knowledge of software architecture, DevOps, containerisation, Kubernetes, and modern application design patterns.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English and Putonghua communication skills
Occasional travel may be required.
