Senior Systems Analyst - MNC Background

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance systems projects, including project planning, timeline management, feasibility studies, user requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and delivery of training and documentation.
• Support Finance systems and process enhancement initiatives, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solution development, maintenance, and support services efficiently and effectively.
• Understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements; participate in the development and delivery of IT solutions that align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, system development, and implementation. Candidates with less experience will be considered for a System Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience implementing finance-related projects, such as accounting and budgeting processes, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with external vendors and business stakeholders/users.
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Excel (including formulas).
• Experience supporting implementation activities and executing enhancement projects.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable outcomes.
• Demonstrated project management, interpersonal, and (where applicable) team leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills; proficient in English, and Chinese/Mandarin.
