Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to property management.
• Prepare tender/quotation documents, analysis reports for repair, maintenance and renovation works.
• Carry out on-site inspection, supervision and co-ordination for all technical projects.
• Monitor and follow-up contractors works.
• Prepare reports and records, prepare the preventive maintenance plan and budget.
• Assist other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering / Facilities Management / Property Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience in property management, building services, maintenance or related field
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Mature, organized and possess integrity and good communication skills
• Candidate with Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A/B) is an advantage
• Immediately available is highly preferred
