Job Description - Senior Treasury Manager (Funding Pool Management)

Responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring dynamics in balance sheet structure; propose business strategy recommendations to balance risk and return.
Deal with the ASEAN entities, analyze and evaluate the ASEAN funding pool performance, assist entities in resolving funding & liquidity issues.
Lead and organize the senior debt issuance;
Prepare presentation materials for ALCO & IRC meetings;
Keep abreast of the latest financial markets and assist in ad-hoc project as required.

Requirements

Degree holder in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines;
Professional qualification in TMA/CFA/FRM;
10+ years of experience working in treasury, ALM or risk management. Working experience in sizable bank is a plus;
Knowledge in Basel III and HKMA interest rate risk and liquidity risk management framework is essential;
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English;
Good in data analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
Willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative.
