Senior Treasury Officer/ Assistant Treasury Manager - Listed Company

Our client, a listed company, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Treasury Officer/ Assistant Treasury Manager to join its dynamic team.

1. Oversee and execute fund management and operational strategies aligned with the Group’s overall strategic direction
2. Manage cash positions, forecasting, and liquidity to ensure optimal financial performance.
3. Track and analyze the Group’s funding status, prepare timely reports, and provide recommendations for optimization and implementation.
4. Develop and implement strategies to manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks, safeguard funds, and minimize the impact of market fluctuations.
5. Collaborate closely with Asia-Pacific subsidiaries, offering guidance and expertise on fund management practices.
6. Review and process cash payments at the Group holding level.
7. Monitor market developments, report significant policy or market changes promptly, and adjust fund arrangements accordingly.
8. Maintain strong relationships with external banking partners, assess risks and opportunities, and take proactive measures to enhance fund management.
9. Support audits, interim reports, and annual reports from a cash flow and fund management perspective.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 2-6 years working experience in fund management at a listed company or group level, with proven project management expertise.
3. Experience in APAC headquarters management is preferred
4. Strong market insight and a deep understanding of business dynamics
5. Advanced financial, fund operations, and risk management skills
6. Excellent analytical and statistical abilities with keen attention to detail
7. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
8. Solid computer skills, including MS Office and Chinese word processing
