Senior Web Developer (Ecommerce) - Double Pay + Bonus$

Responsibilities:

• Work with the internal IT and design team to develop and set up interaction models and user interfaces to enhance the usability and engagement of web applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally throughout the software development lifecycle to define, design, and implement innovative web application features based on design requirements.
• Perform UAT and validate the application's functionality across browsers, devices, and resolutions.
• Identify and propose optimization opportunities to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers to maintain code quality and best practices.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in web application development, with a strong focus on front-end development.
• Demonstrated expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience creating motion UI and seamless transitions for interactive features using JavaScript and web animation techniques.
• Knowledge of eCommerce design, CI/CD practices, and database/data integration is a plus.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of UX/UI design principles and A/B testing across devices.
• Excellent team player with a strong sense of responsibility, presentation skills, and interpersonal abilities.
• Candidates with design or multimedia experience may be considered for a senior web designer role.
