Responsibilities 職責:

• Handle daily preparation and production 負責籌備、整理日常廚房食材及出品製作
• Ensure the food quality, food safety and hygiene standard to be in line with company’s requirement 確保食物品質、安全及衛生達公司要求
• Maintain the stock control of food and materials for daily usage 協助維持食物材料的庫存管理工作

Requirements 要求:

• 3 years or above working experience at Western Cuisine 3年或以上西餐廳工作經驗
• Form 3 or above 中三程度或以上
• Basic Food and Beverage knowledge & Outstanding technical of preparation and cooking skills 具基本餐飲知識和出色的備料及烹調技巧
• Shift duty is required 需輪班工作
• Holding of Hygiene Supervisor certificate would be an advantage 持有衛生督導員證書的應徵者將會優先考慮

Working Location 工作地點:

• Kwun Tong or Tuen Mun 觀塘 或 屯門
