Service Ambassador, Private Banking

The Service Ambassador shall be responsible for the services, including without limitation to:

Job duties:

• Front of House Duties
• Interface with external customers and internal customers of all levels
• Handle all incoming calls with professional manner
• Greet and look after visitors. Inform the right colleagues upon visitors' arrival
• Handle reservation of internal conference call/VC/meeting rooms
• Coordinate for presentation/video conference/training set up
• Coordinate for venue setting
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the Front of House area
• Manage the printed stationery and miscellaneous supplies at Front of House
• Arrange flowers at Front of House and on ad hoc basis
• Co-ordinate minor office repair/maintenance and services request with BMO
• Work with tea lady to organise light lunch/refreshment for internal meetings
• Procurement of office stationeries, pantry supplies and business card
• Assist on other admin duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Good command of English and Mandarin
• 2-3 relevant experience in MNC or private banking environment
• Tertiary education or above
• PC skill on MS application, especially Outlook and Excel
• Communication & interpersonal skill
• Multi-tasking & time management
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Professional telephone manner and customer first attitude
• Sense of Team Spirit
• Knowledge of office admin
