Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager (Remedy ITSM ), $60-70K

Responsibilities:

• Lead team to provide effective service delivery 
• Manage IT Services Desk and Support, and provide technical guidance to team members to ensure a smooth and efficiency operation
• To monitor the Service Level Agreement (SLA), manage and deliver the projects within agreed schedule and quality
• Responsible for software security patching on timely manner and ensure end users’ technical devices compiling information security policies and audit requirements
• Identify systematic problems and/or recommend opportunities for improvement that will eliminate or reduce number of reported problems
• Ensuring proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow up of all incidents/ service request
• Support IT project implementation, manage and control on resources and project tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT or related discipline
• At least 7 years' experience in project management 
• Solid experience in ITSM project 
• Experience in Remedy ITSM project is highly preferred
• Experience in large scale enterprise is highly preferred
• Possess excellent leadership and management skills
• Good analytical, persuasive, influential and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
