Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the User Support and Infrastructure teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the stability, reliability, and performance of the network environment.
  • Serve as the primary technical lead for investigating and resolving complex incidents and problems
  • Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and wireless infrastructure
  • Maintain and support Windows and Linux server environments, including Active Directory, file/print, and application hosting
  • Manage and support virtual infrastructure, including VMware and/or cloud-based platforms
  • Oversee data backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
  • Implement and maintain security solutions, such as firewalls, antivirus, and access controls
  • Provide troubleshooting and incident resolution for business-critical applications
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to coordinate the resolution of critical incidents.
  • Establish and maintain robust incident and problem management processes.
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures to address the root causes of incidents and problems.
  • Collaborate with the client's IT team to understand their requirements and align the service delivery.
  • Expand the helpdesk team's scope to include comprehensive infrastructure and application support.
  • Analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance IT operations.
  • Manage the IT operations budget and resources to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Provide on-call support and respond to critical incidents outside of regular business hours

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6 years or above experience in IT operations management, with a focus on incident and problem management across the support areas mentioned above.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing IT teams, with hands-on troubleshooting experience and ability to work with vendors.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing network infrastructure, virtualization, OS platforms, backup, storage, IT security, and application support.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks, while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CISM) would be an advantage.
  • Immediate available is preferred

Working Hour:

  • 9am – 6pm, Mon - Fri
