Service Supervisor (職位編號: SS/SWSPPI/CT)

東華三院是本港規模最龐大的慈善機構。目前，東華提供給市民的服務有醫療及衛生服務、教育服務和社會福利服務，服務單位合共超過360個，分佈港、九及新界。

Duties

(i) Responsible for the overall supervision, service planning, development, administration and coordination of the Social Work Service for Pre-primary Institutions;

(ii) provide direct supervision, crisis outreaching, support to complicated cases, professional consultation and staff development programmes to a team of Social Work Service for Pre-primary Institutions;

(iii) provide coaching and related training on child protection to the staff team and Pre-primary Institutions as well as take up the chairmanship of multi-disciplinary case conferences on protection of children with suspected child maltreatment for known cases; and

(iv) initiate and maintain good collaboration with stakeholders including Pre-primary Institutions and other service units.

Entry Requirements

(i) Attained English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in the H.K.C.E.E.;

(ii) a recognized degree in Social Work or equivalent;

(iii) registered under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance (Cap. 505) as Registered Social Worker;

(iv) at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in the rank of Assistant Social Work Officer/Social Worker I/Social Worker II/Assistant Planning Officer II or serving Senior Social Work Practitioner/Assistant Planning Officer I, or equivalent;

(v) proficiency in English and Chinese; and

(vi) preferably with a master degree and experience in case/school service supervision.

Compensation And Employment Terms

(i) Currently $79,930 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 34). The successful candidate will be remunerated according to the prevailing policies on entry salary and may have to accept a downward adjustment of his/her existing salary. His/Her current performance-related salary review date, if any, will be subject to review upon change of appointment.

(ii) The salary is subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review.

(i) The above post is a time-limited post and the successful candidate will be appointed on a time-limited basis.
