About the Role


Responsible for driving a journey to leverage and integrate Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence technologies into Chatbot and other digital solutions to better the customer experience and create a next generation enquiry platform.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply work behaviors such as creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving to enhance the customer journey and revolutionize the way we interact with our customers.


As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Speech Recognition focused technologies to improve customer journey.
  • Represent the team as the technical specialist to work with IT / Vendors, ensuring Chatbot backend such as DB, APIs, Infrastructures readiness to carry out technical solutions.
  • Enhancing customer experience by implementing ML, AI, NLP, and Speech Recognition technologies.
  • Conducting regular reviews to enhance Chatbot efficiencies and overall performance.
  • Conduct regular Chatbot compatibility and continuous improvement review. Propose direction to uplift Chatbot efficiencies and overall performances.
  • Designing language databases for NLP in mixed languages.
  • Analyzing diverse data using advanced text analytics skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Sybase, Oracle, Python, C++, Scala, Java, or R, either through formal education or equivalent experience.
  • Participating in system development life cycle or Agile methodology.
  • Conducting testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and testing after production.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ML, AI, NLP, Speech Analytics, or Speech Recognition solutions.
  • Strong language database design skills, particularly in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Sybase, Oracle, Python, C++, Scala, Java, or R is required. Equivalent experience in these languages will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of system development life cycle or Agile methodology.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Technology, such as MS Azure, would be advantageous.
