Settlement Admin Officer (Banking Service) - HK$18-19k per mth - Fresh Welcome 

JD:

• Handle daily admin duties work 
• Support daily operations of cash management, trade settlement for designated portfolios and funds
• Monitor and operate various settlement systems, including but not limited to CCASS, S.W.I.F.T, CMU, Euroclear
• Communicate with custodians, fund managers, brokers for ensuring settlement process completed smoothly
• Participate in various IT Project and User Acceptance Test relating to the enhancement of the in-house custody system
• Act as backup to handle and monitor corporate action events for different kinds of products and markets

Requirements:

• Degree in business related disciplines 
• Familiar with custodian business with good knowledge of settlement systems operations
• Experience in Corporate Action handling will be an advantage
• Good communications skills and proficiency in PC skills (MS Word and Excel)
• Fluency in written English and Chinese and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Immediately available is highly preferred
