Job Description

Ensuring timely and accurate settlement of financial transactions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitoring and reconciling accounts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve settlement discrepancies.
Handle trade settlements and market data administration for HK and global futures.
Preparing and submitting reports for management review.
Implementing and maintaining effective processes to improve settlement efficiency.
Assisting in resolving system or operational issues related to settlements.
Staying updated on industry regulations and ensuring compliance in all settlement activities.
Supporting audits and providing necessary documentation when required.

The Successful Applicant

Educational qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge of settlement processes within the financial services industry.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
