Our client is a well-known Hong Kong bank that serves for over 3.5 million customers for with over 80 years of history, it mainly provides services in commercial banking, wealth management and professional compliance banking matter for individuals and companies. The department is currently looking for a Settlement Officer (Trade Support) to handle fund settlement, redemption/ subscription, trade support to internal and external parties.

工作内容

• Provide custodian services, including account and security maintenance/segregation and reporting.
• Offer trade support for fund transfers and settlements
• Provide middle office support for alternative investments, such as fund valuation, cash flow management, KYC, and related tasks
• Offer operational support for governance monitoring, controls, and reporting duties
• Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external counterparts, including operational streamlining and process automation
• Develop and implement operating procedures, including for outsourced parties, in alignment with the Business Services Operating Model, internal policies, and external regulatory requirements

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree holder in business administration or relevant course
• 2 years of working experience in investment operation and fund administration is preferred
• Excellent client servicing skills and attention to details
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese/ Putonghua
