Settlement - Senior Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Wealth Management and Corporate Actions Specialist. This role encompasses a blend of responsibilities in wealth management operations, corporate actions, and income distribution processes, ensuring efficient service delivery and strategic oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations and maintenance of wealth management products, including fixed income, structured products etc
• Coordinate corporate action events such as dividends, interest payments, stock splits, rights issues, and other income distributions.
• Ensure accurate monitoring, validation, and timely processing of income distribution transactions.
• Maintain precise records of wealth planning products and track the usage of services from various departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate compliance and seamless execution of corporate actions and wealth management services.
• Review and enhance operational procedures related to both wealth management and corporate actions, recommending process improvements.
• Drive initiatives for system enhancements and automation to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
• Manage invoicing related to products and services, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in financial product operations, with a focus on wealth management and corporate actions.
• Knowledgeable in securities, structured products, and the operational aspects of both wealth management and corporate action workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team spirit.
• Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
