Responsibilities
- Provide high quality customer services and maintain a good relationship with our existing clients
- Provide on-site assistance; pre-show and after-show secure delivery service support to the exhibitors
- Liaise with internal department and Shows organizers to ensure and to secure the efficient delivery service for the exhibitors
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by team head/manager
- Opportunities for overseas business trips
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, Business Studies or other related disciplines
- 1 year relevant working experience preferred (experience in operations will be an advantage)
- Strong customer service, communication and project management skills
- Mature, responsible, proactive, outgoing, well-organized and detail-minded
- Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS office
