Site Engineer

Fairview Park is a thriving suburban community of over 5,000 houses surrounding a commercial town centre in Yuen Long. Fairview Park Property Management Ltd. is looking for high calibre candidate for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a spectrum of projects and maintenance works including replacement of existing potable and flushing watermains and relevant road reinstatement works
• Assist Projects Manager or Superintendent to monitor site progress
• Assist in site operation and project management
• Assist in preparing tender document, cost analysis and annual budget
• Prepare site document and drawing submission
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil / Structural Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' relevant site working experience
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and self-driven
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong driving license
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in computer software applications including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
