Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective telemarketing strategies to drive sales of consumer banking products and services
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, providing information and offering tailored solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales processes and training programs
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a telemarketing or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the financial services industry
